Advisory Unit

Local Interventions Group's Advisory Unit works closely with clients to devise ways and means that enhance local inputs and increase local ownership of development projects. We do so by investigating local best practices, forecasting local political trends and identifying risks where projects are implemented, and translating them into strategic benefits.

Tools

We use analytical tools like Alceste, crowdsourcing platforms like SwiftRiver, and conventional analytic tools like Scenario Planning to identify emerging risks and opportunities, design innovative interventions and services, and fine tune projects by developing holistic strategies.

Experts

We gather upper crust experts from diverse fields and industries to deliver tailored guidance to our clients. Our network includes professionals, technology specialists, and academics from top consulting firm and from the London School of Economics. LIG latches onto their expertise and cross-fertilises ideas in technology and development, process innovation and information management to present to our clients the best possible guidance.

Research

We provide cutting-edge frontier research across all our work streams and manage projects and deliver solutions for our clients.
